I'm still on a few different email group lists. Yesterday, they all had pre-programmed "Happy Anniversary" reminders sent, recognizing what would have been my 21st wedding anniversary. My response this morning:
lol...well, thanks?
except that we were divorced last year, almost exactly on our 20th anniversary.
I took the day "off" yesterday - planning in advance that it would be an emotionally difficult day for me (still not wanting the stupid divorce) -
stayed in my jammies all day...getting dressed only in time to bake some cookies with the little kids before bed. :-)
Back to regular life today...
